By purchasing the KIN programme (nutrition and lifestyle coaching programme for women with MS), you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below:

• The statements and products in the KIN programme are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
• I expressly disclaim all liability with respect to actions taken or not taken based on any or all of the information or other contents of the materials provided in the KIN programme
• The materials provided in the KIN programme are for educational and informational purposes only, not intended as medical advice
• The information does not create, nor is it intended to replace, a relationship with a qualified healthcare professional
• Always seek the advice of your doctor or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or your health prior to starting dietary routines, exercise, or supplements
• The degree of benefit obtainable from the KIN programme may vary between individuals with similar health problems and following a similar programme
• Recording coaching calls using any form of electronic media is strictly prohibited
• Sharing recordings, videos, downloads and any other programme materials to a third party outside of the programme is strictly prohibited
• The cost of supplements and tests are NOTincluded in the programme
• Once the programme has been purchased and access has been given to the materials, refunds for full or partial payments will not be given
• I agree to hold Elisa Ferguson harmless for claims or damages in connection with the information and advice provided in this programme. This is a contract between myself and Elisa Ferguson and I understand that it is also a release of potential liability
  

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you agree that any dispute between us regarding them and/or the Services will be dealt with only by the courts of England and Wales.

I have carefully read the terms and conditions listed above and by signing up for the KIN programme, I agree to all of the terms outlined above.

I understand this agreement to be a full and final release of all costs, claims, causes of action and damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the KIN programme.
