 Hello!

I'm Elisa - a Functional Nutritionist and a Wahls Protocol® Health Practitioner specialising in supporting women with MS. I have also been a yoga and mindfulness teacher for over 20 years.

​

I was diagnosed with MS in 2011 and was predicted to be in a wheelchair in less than 5 years. My diagnosis was later revised to PPMS and, after a much worsening of symptoms in 2018, my future didn't look good. However, by focusing on nutrition and lifestyle choices  I have been able to halt disease progression, diminish my symptoms and have given my body the space and resources required to heal, despite being told everything to the contrary.
